/Preferred Qualifications
  • Responsible for SPTS products including Etch, PVD and CVD systems, with a focus on vacuum-based equipment.
  • Will be in charge of SPTS product (Etch, PVD and CVD)
  • Primarily responsible for installation, modification, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites
  • Evaluates, Analyzes, Resolve technical equipment issues both remotely and on-site, particularly those involving vacuum systems and sub-components.
  • Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
  • Prepares field service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems.
  • Support and mentor other field service engineers as needed.
  • Contribute to the Capturing, re-use, collaboration, and improvement of knowledge using available systems.
