Role Overview

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Automation / GTM Engineer who can design, build, and optimize scalable outbound systems. This role blends sales ops, growth engineering, and automation, focused on turning ICPs into booked meetings through email, LinkedIn, CRM, and AI-driven workflows.

You'll own the outbound motion end-to-end — from data and tooling to messaging, deliverability, and conversion.

Outbound System Architecture

• Build and maintain outbound engines using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Design multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp where relevant).
