We're Hiring: GTM Engineer (Signal-Led Outbound)

ZAPHYRE is looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and manage signal-led outbound systems for our B2B tech clients. You won't be managing campaigns — you'll be engineering the infrastructure behind them.
What you'll own:
Bitscale and Clay workflows for trigger detection and enrichment waterfalls
ICP scoring models and signal routing logic
HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) integration and data sync
Multi-threaded account targeting across simultaneous client campaigns
Webhook and automation logic connecting the full outbound stack
You must have:
2+ years of hands-on GTM engineering experience
Real Bitscale builds — not just familiarity
Clay enrichment waterfalls, ICP scoring, dynamic list management
Webhook/routing logic , Zapier, or native)
HubSpot CRM sync experience
Comfort working alongside Instantly and Smartlead
