GTM Engineer

We're looking for a GTM Engineer who lives and breathes signal-based outreach — someone who can turn intent data into personalized, multi-channel sequences that actually convert.

This isn't a set up HubSpot workflows role. We need someone who can pull signals from LinkedIn, job postings, funding announcements, tech stack changes, and web activity — and turn that into automated, hyper-relevant outbound at scale.

What you'll be doing:

• Building signal-based cold email and LinkedIn outreach systems from scratch
• Connecting data sources (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.) into automated multi-channel workflows
• Writing and testing copy that doesn't feel automated
• Working closely with our team to iterate fast based on reply rates and conversion data
