We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a
GTM Engineer
who knows how to
build and run outbound systems that actually book meetings,
not just send emails.

This is
not an entry-level role
. We're looking for someone who has
real results to show
and can own outbound from strategy to execution.

What you'll do

• Design and run outbound campaigns using
  Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Build ICPs, lead lists, and personalization workflows
• Launch and optimize
  cold email + LinkedIn outbound
• Improve open rates, reply rates, and
  booked meetings
• Work directly with founders on GTM strategy
• Own
  pipeline creation
  for agency services
