The Role
This is a high-ownership builder seat in Operations: you own the data and automation layer that powers our outbound engine. You'll design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows that turn ICP briefs into clean, enriched, ready-to-activate prospect data — with precision, high quality, and zero drag. When issues arise, you isolate root causes, deploy fixes with guardrails, and document everything so systems run reliably without constant oversight.
