Job Title: GTM Engineer – Outbound (Email & Linked In)

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage outbound B2 B campaigns via Linked In and email marketing using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Hub Spot.
- Build multi-step engagement workflows — from connection requests to nurture follow-ups.
- Develop and test campaign messaging, subject lines, and sequencing for maximum engagement.
- Segment audiences by industry, role, and buyer intent for personalized outreach.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Drive consistent lead generation and pipeline creation through outbound channels.
- Define qualification criteria with sales teams to ensure lead quality.
- Track and optimize conversion rates across each stage of the funnel.
