Job Description
Devsinc is looking to hire a GTM Specialist to build and scale a high‑deliverability, compliant outbound email engine that consistently generates Sales‑Qualified Discovery Calls, qualified pipeline, and revenue (not vanity metrics) from Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts.
This role owns the operating system behind outbound email, spanning target segmentation → message‑market fit → deliverability → sequencing → analytics → continuous optimization. The scope includes both strategy and hands‑on execution, covering ICP definition and segmentation, persona‑based messaging, data sourcing and enrichment, outbound email infrastructure and deliverability, multi‑touch sequencing, experimentation, and performance reporting.
