Job Description

This is an interview position.


Verifies import information, requests clearance instructions and broker designation. Responsible for performing duties related to the processing of import paperwork, including resolution, tracing and tracking of problem shipments and; updating and recording of shipment status to ensure the customer receives the best experience we can offer. Provides accurate information and assistance to customers requiring international shipment information.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Educational Requirements

Post Secondary:

  • Canadian High school/ GED equivalentProfessional accreditation/certification:
  • None

    • Minimum number of years required for entry to this job

  • FedEx - 6 months (Preferred) Amount of time required to learn or adjust to the job
