GTS Sr Broker-1

Overview

This is an interview position providing extensive customs brokerage services in accordance with Canada Customs and other government departments (OGD) regulations and legislation pertaining to over sixty acts of legislation relating to International Trade, including high and low value (HVS/LVS) entry processing and customer consulting.

Educational Requirements

• Post Secondary: Community College Diploma/Equivalent or professional accreditation/certification.
• Canadian Customs Specialist (CCS) or CSCB qualified professional designation.

Minimum Experience

• 2 years current customs brokerage experience OR
• 2 years current rating and international experience.

Incumbents must maintain their CCS designation in this position and achieve annual recurrency points.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Excellent mathematical skills.
