Position Overview

The Guard Site Manager (GSM) serves as the primary liaison between the Government and the Contractor for all contracted security operations at the assigned location. The GSM is responsible for the overall scheduling, supervision, direction, and operational control of all vendor security personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and mission objectives.

This role operates within the Operations Center and ensures continuous coverage, effective communication, and seamless coordination between shifts.
