Guest Ambassador

**Description:**

+ You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Lobby Ambassador is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division

+ Welcome the guests, assist with hotel show around etc

+ Arrange In room check in / Check out for VIP Guests

+ Engage with guest in little conversations in lobby / Regency lounge / Restaurants



**Qualifications:**



+ Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

+ Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.

+ Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
