Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, documenting, and managing guest complaints and inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions. Ensures all concerns are properly recorded and promptly forwarded to the Manager or appropriate department for resolution. Provides professional front desk support, maintains guest relations standards, and prepares required operational and performance reports.
