We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Guest Communications Specialist to join our growing short-term rental (STR) company. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience from booking to post-checkout.
Short-term rental experience is a MUST
. If you have hands-on experience managing guest messaging for Airbnb, Vrbo, or similar platforms and thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll own guest communication workflows, coordinate closely with operations teams, and ensure guests receive timely, clear, and professional support at every stage of their stay.

Manage all guest communications across booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, etc.).
