Guest Curator/Guest Ambassador (Female)

We are looking for a well-groomed and courteous Guest Curator to manage front-desk operations and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for all salon guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, offering refreshments, coordinating appointment flow and liaising with internal staff to ensure smooth and timely salon services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed
Offer tea, coffee or refreshments to clients
Manage client waiting time and issue tokens/turn numbers as per appointment flow
Coordinate with salon staff to confirm treatment duration and availability
Inform clients about their turn and guide them to the respective service area
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
Handle basic client inquiries politely and professionally
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal salon staff
