**POSITION SUMMARY**

Responsible for executing Welcome Experience in the daily operation of Welcome Office (Including Welcome Desk, Whatever Whenever, and Concierge). Providing WOW service to guests throughout all communication channels and collaborate with respected departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
