Guest Experience Facilitator

• Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating guest's needs and surpassing guest's expectations.
• Guide arriving guests to their assigned zones
• Responsible for providing engaging and insightful guest experiences.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Ensure that guests are following rules and guidelines while using park facilities
• Act as an additional point of contact for guests, answer guest queries and provide information about the park.

Job Qualifications:

• With excellent communication skills
• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or other hospitality courses
• With related experience in Hotel, Country Club, Restaurant or Theme Park operations.
• Has background in performance, art, or education
• Adventurous and energetic
• Must be physically fit.
