Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel or resort front office, guest services, or customer service
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
