Job Description
Act as the Person in Charge (PIC) for customer-related matters.
Welcome and engage with customers, especially VIPs and regular guests.
Greet all customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Oversee the reservation and seating system to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the UMAI reservation system accurately and and in an organised manner.
Arrange customer seating based on:
Reservations
Walk-ins
Outlet capacity
Provide basic information to customers, including:
Waiting time
Promotions or vouchers
Outlet policies.
Manage the waiting list and follow up with customers when tables become available.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth service flow with the:
Captain
Supervisor
