Job Description
As the Guest Experience & Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall value of the guest stay across our tiny house portfolio by curating meaningful experiences, partnerships, and storytelling. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you will work closely with Marketing, Hospitality, and Operations teams, as well as a wide range of external partners and local communities.
Your role will focus on showcasing what makes each location unique, from land hosts and local merchants to regional culture and values, and translating this into compelling guest-facing content and initiatives. By elevating the guest experience before, during, and after the stay, you will directly contribute to increased perceived value, guest satisfaction, and long-term brand equity.
