Guest Experience Specialist

A prominent hotel chain in Ipoh is looking for a Front Desk Associate to provide excellent guest service. You will assist with check-in/check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure rooms are ready for guests. Ideal candidates will have a hospitality diploma and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This position requires flexibility, as you’ll need to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
