Job Description
Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for a Full-time and Part-time Guest Service Agent who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home.
As a Guest Service Agent for Crowne Plaza Canberra, you'll play a big part in our guest experience, including check-in and check-out, upselling, problem resolution, providing guest recognition and assisting our guests with any requests they may have. Your ability to deliver our guests a seamless and memorable Crowne Plaza Canberra experience will make you an integral member of the Front Office team.

+ Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
+ Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
+ Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
