Guest Service Agent

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands
• Attend to shoppers' enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement.
• Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned.
• Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided)
• Enjoy fun and be a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Experience
- No experience required as training will be provided.

Other Prerequisites
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
- Great personality with excellent customer service attitude
- Seeking good career prospects in Hospitality field
