Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional duties include coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Qualifications
Customer service and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Communication skills, including fluency in English and other languages (advantageous)
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage reservations and other administrative tasks
Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
