Job Overview:

The Guest Service Assistant (GSA) will be the guests' first point of contact upon arrival and throughout their stay.

This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all guest requests are handled efficiently and with the highest level of care.

As a GSA, you will give personalised attention to guests, offer information about hotel amenities, and help with any requests or inquiries to ensure a luxurious experience at our 5-star boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:
Greet guests warmly, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, assist with check-in/check-out, and address guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Reservations & Room Management:
Assist with bookings for dining, spa, and activities. Ensure room readiness by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. Handle billing and payments.
