Soori Penang is a new ultra-luxury heritage hotel in the heart of George Town. We are looking for a warm, polished and service-focused Resident Host to welcome our guests and support a personalised, seamless and memorable stay.

This role is ideal for individuals with guest relations, concierge, butler, villa host, or premium cabin crew experience — those who genuinely enjoy hosting, anticipating needs, and creating meaningful guest moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Meet and greet guests, including airport reception and arrival coordination when required.
• Support room readiness by coordinating with Housekeeping and assisting with pre-arrival room setup.
