You will work closely with the operations team and other departments to meet guests' needs promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide detailed information regarding available apartments, pricing, services, and amenities.
• Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for guests.
• Handle special requests from guests, such as additional amenities, local recommendations, transportation bookings, etc.
