Job Description
A Guest Service Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager and Guest Services Assistants in administrative and bureaucratic activities.
**What will I be doing?**
As the Guest Service Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager and Guest Services Assistants in administrative and bureaucratic activities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Quality Control Program Guest Services - Salt and TripAdvisor
+ If necessary, direct interaction with customers
+ Preparation and control of internal and external e-mails
+ Responsible for the control and processing of requests chargeback / unauthorized charges
+ Control and execution of operational checklist (Traces, Credit limit, Masters Accounts, Alerts, block groups, VIPs request, profiles fill)
+ Acknowledgment letter elaboration for the Team Members
