Guest Services Agent

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan

This role is responsible in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing personalized service to guests in the most courteous and efficient manner as well as contributing to optimizing room sales. This role is also responsible for providing complete and accurate information in response to internal and external queries and assists in creating favorable public image as part of the service. 

• Responding to customer reqeuests
• Work collaboratively with front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, oter departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist team members during busy periods or high guest traffic
• Attend department meetings, training sessions, and briefings as required
• Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. 
• Prepares report as necessary to develop a more informative database
