On-site staff backup support
Backup on-site team when the staff takes Annual leave or unexpected day off or delay at the site.
・Taking phone calls: Internal and External
・Managing vendor’s visit (deliveries)
・Handling mails
・Managing pantries (replenishment)
・Welcoming the client’s guests and visitors
・Booking and arranging meeting rooms
