An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service (Bellman) position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests receive personalized, warm, and courteous service throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Efficiently unload luggage from vehicles upon arrival and load luggage for departing guests, ensuring no damage and a courteous farewell.
