About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized, service-driven Guest Experience Coordinator to own the full guest lifecycle—from move-in to move-out—for a fast-growing corporate housing and hospitality organization. This role is critical to delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience. You'll ensure accommodations, utilities, inspections, and vendor services are properly coordinated before arrival and smoothly closed out at departure. You'll blend frontline guest and client communication with operational coordination, proactive problem-solving, and data accuracy—maintaining a polished, VIP-level service experience across every guest touchpoint.
