Job Description

The GSD Representative must be welcoming, knowledgeable, energetic and professional at all times as they are often the first impression for guests visiting the facility.

Shift Duties Include:

  • Working with the POS system

  • Handling reservations for tee times

  • Answering phones and transferring calls appropriatley

  • Assist with GPS on course pace of play management

  • Processing retail purchases

  • Registering players for tee time payment

  • Merchandising of the retail area

  • Product knowledge of all merchandise offered as well as policies and procedures of various programs and memberships
