Guest Services Manager

This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of Guest Services and the lobby
operation, ensuring seamless Front Office service delivery, maximum guest satisfaction, and the
safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property. The role serves as the on‑duty
representative of Senior Management in the lobby and public areas, resolving guest issues with
tact, speed, and brand‑aligned service excellence
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
• Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
• Additional certification(s) in Tourism management will be an advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations (Front Office/Guest
Services)
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Working knowledge of MS Office 360 applications
