Guest Services Supervisor: Hospitality Leader & Team Coach

ASCOTT INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Serviced Residence. You will assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, managing check-in and check-out, addressing resident needs, and assuring smooth departmental operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality and holds a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Hospitality or Hotel Management. This role also requires a service-oriented approach and a willingness to perform shifts.
