POSITION SUMMARY
Monitor Westin Club Lounge for seating capacity and ensure adequate inventory and food items for service periods. Provide Food and Beverage service to guests. Reconciling inventory and ensuring first-in-first-out (FIFO) is being observed. Maintaining Hygiene standards of the Westin Club Lounge. Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations on the property, local area and attractions. Process all guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Bonvoy information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports. Complete cashier and closing reports.
