We’re looking for a Customer Service & Listing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines guest support with listing optimization and light revenue management—perfect for someone tech-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about the short-term rental space.

Your Role

You’ll be the glue between our listings and our guests, responsible for ensuring our properties are not only well-presented but also delivering a five-star experience from inquiry to check-out.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to booking inquiries, guest messages, and platform questions
  • Resolve listing or platform-related issues and support guest needs during their stay
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest communication and experiences
  • Use internal systems and tools effectively to manage reservations and listing accuracy
