Guesthouse Assistant Manager

Seeking an organised and customer focused individual to join our team as a guesthouse management assistant to the owners on a farm just outside Plettenberg Bay.

This person will assist daily operations of the guesthouse and wedding venue.

This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing the various aspects within a guesthouse environment.
It involves overseeing and participating in breakfast preparation and serving to guests.
Preparation of planning schedules and managing inventory.
Regular inspections of rooms and the overall property to ensure attention to detail, cleanliness and maintenance adherence to quality standards.

Owners are actively involved in running the business and so the role is specifically focused at managing the day-to-day operations including training through correction and managing guesthouse staff.
