Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day guesthouse operations
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Ensure outstanding guest service and professionally handle guest queries and complaints
Supervise and manage housekeeping and support staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall property appearance
Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
Handle basic financial administration, reporting, and budgeting
