Guidance Associate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of AB/ BS Psychology or currently taking a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling
• Preferrably a Licensed Psychometrician (PRC License); but not required
• Can work with different kinds of student personality profiles, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, can handle problems confidentially and with diplomacy

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide help to students in need of academic, social and emotional assistance.
• Maintain and update the students' records and other documents related to guidance services
• Uphold, secure and protect the confidentiality of information pertinent to the services provided by the guidance office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
