The Guidance Services Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting learner success by providing professional consultation and personalized guidance services to learners, addressing their academic, emotional, career, and personal development needs. They actively assist the Psychometrician in the efficient implementation of psychological and aptitude testing programs, including test administration, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards. Additionally, the facilitator takes full responsibility for managing and implementing comprehensive counseling programs and services, which includes designing and delivering individual and group counseling sessions, preventive mental health workshops, crisis intervention, and peer support initiatives, all aimed at fostering learners' well-being, resilience, and holistic growth within the educational environment.
