Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional and safe wildlife experiences to guests through guided game drives and walking safaris, while promoting conservation, environmental awareness, and the lodges service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience

Conduct informative and engaging game drives and bush walks.
Interpret animal behaviour, ecology, birdlife, and local flora.
Ensure guest safety at all times during activities.
Build rapport with guests and provide personalized experiences.
Assist with guest hosting when required (meals, transfers, special requests).
