Job Description

What You Will Do

carry out the guided tours, oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours, administrating and managing all incoming requests (mail/telephone)

collaboration in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided tours, acquiring knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)

support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)

provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work

on-Site support at events

studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Bussines Administration or Event Organization

ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills

strong organizational skills and personal flexibility
