Guitar & Bass Transcriber

Responsibilities

• Transcribe 100% accurate guitar & electric bass parts (TAB & sheet music) from a given audio source
• Create publish-ready editions as per current industry standards regarding music notation, layout, enharmonies, and rhythmic values
• Provide clean, reliable, accurate sheet music deliverables in digital format using standard music notation software

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 100 transcriptions experience (not arrangements) involving guitar and/or electric bass
• Have a license and be proficient with at least one of the following music notation software: Sibelius, Finale, Musescore, Dorico, GuitarPro
• Fluent English or Spanish skills
• Strong communication and time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
