GV Support Consultant - SAP HR/Payroll

**POSITION: GV Support Consultant - SAP HR/Payroll (Mandarin Speaker)**

**ROLE OBJECTIVE:**

To Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the delivery of World Class Service in providing GlobalView application services and solutions to our clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Adhere to GlobalView configuration standards and conventions
+ Adhere to ADP procedures and policies
+ Provide 2 nd and 3 rd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes – specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation
+ Prepare functional specifications and change control requests
+ Ensure that customer needs not effectively addressed within the current offering, are communicated to GlobalView Product Manager
