Your role at Exness: Exness operates company gyms, sports clubs, and fitness initiatives to inspire and empower employees to lead healthier, more active lifestyles. We are looking for an experienced Fitness Manager to oversee gym operations, manage sports clubs, and deliver engaging sports projects that strengthen our internal community. This is a contractor role, ideal for someone with a strong background in fitness and sports management, combined with solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills. It’s a full time position but if needed the role can be flexible in terms of working hours. As Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company gym and employee sports clubs in the Malaysia office.
