• Managing check-ins and bookings on the gym management system
• Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Assisting with memberships, payments, and general queries
• Maintaining a clean, organised reception and entrance area
• Supporting daily admin tasks and basic reporting
• Communicating effectively with coaches, management, and members
