**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**CHI Health Clinic** is actively seeking a **full-time GYN** to join our established practice in **Council Bluffs** , Iowa **.** Based at the **Valley View Clinic and** **CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs Hospital** , this is an exciting opportunity to join an established, robust practice.

Details of the position:

+ **Busy practice with existing patient panel available**
+ Growing team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
+ Call 1:6+ Average of 21-24 patient visits per day, per provider
+ In-office Ultrasound, NST, and Colposcopy available
+ LEEP is available inpatient only
+ Provide full gynecology care for women of all ages; No OB/Deliveries
+ EPIC
+ Integrated clinic model partnering closely with primary care, diabetic education, psych, physical therapy, and pharmacy
+ Works closely with women’s subspecialties Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogynecology
