KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Lead on major initiatives related to training & development, ensuring that such initiatives are delivered in a timely manner with high level of quality 
? To develop processes, procedures and approaches for the delivery of training & development and a series of appropriate management development programs, ensuring that such training & development meets business needs.
? Keep abreast of industry best practice in management development, training & development and benchmark practice in order to anticipate the company’s training & development needs.
? Develop innovative solutions to address these training & development needs 
? Measure training’s effect after conducting training and follow up to fill out needs identified
