HABS (Home & Building Solutions) Division Manager

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the HABS Division Manager will lead growth and drive performance across multiple Home Centre locations. This manager is responsible for achieving operational targets through strategic hiring, capital planning, and budgeting. This role will work closely with location managers to strengthen contractor engagement, operations, safety, and team development.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

Lead the HABS Division and support Home Centre Managers in driving growth and operational consistency across three locations.

Support hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and development for Team Members and Leaders.

Work with the Director of Operations on initiatives that enhance customer experience, brand value, and profitability.
